Participation in the California High School Entertainment Unit requires an approved Athletic Clearance each school year. Students may not participate in rehearsals, Band Camp, performances, football games, competitions, or other Entertainment Unit activities until they have been cleared.

Athletic Clearance Requirements

To complete Athletic Clearance, please:

1. Obtain a current sports physical.
2. Upload the front and back of the completed physical card to the Home Campus Athletic Clearance website.
3. The physical examination must be dated after May 10 of the current school year.
4. Complete all required online Athletic Clearance forms through Home Campus.

No paperwork should be turned in to the school office. All required documents must be submitted electronically through Home Campus.
